About Ben

Before embarking on Nougat Royale, Ben honed his craft working some of Sydney’s finest chefs, including Phillip Searle with Brent Savage (Bentley Bar, Monopole and Yellow House) at Vulcans and Matt Moran at Moran’s and Aria.

During his journey through the industry, he has formed friendships and associations with likeminded people who continue to inspire him.

Since establishing Nougat Royale in 2004, the business has gained a very loyal following and supplies some of the best restaurants, cafes and food stores across Australia.
